ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT 

Rogerson Reddan and Associates Ltd. is totally committed to the principles and practice of excellence and will conform to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard by the application of our strategies below: 

  • Ensuring the policy is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organisation and supports its strategic direction. 

  • By ensuring that all contractual, regulatory, and other applicable requirements of our clients are met in full, and by endeavouring to enhance the overall service to our clients to ensure that they are fully satisfied with our services.  

  • To invest in the training and development of our team, ensuring they maintain the level of competency required to meet the needs of our customers.  

  • To recognise the importance of our staffs’ contribution to the overall success of our business and continual improvement of the Quality Management System. 

  • We will work closely with our clients and sub-consultants to develop and maintain good relationships.  

  • We provide a framework for establishing quality objectives based on our Quality Policy for the on-going development of the company and our customers. These objectives will be regularly reviewed and measured by senior management. 

ISO 14001:2015 ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT

Rogerson Reddan recognise that our activities have an impact on the environment. Rogerson Reddan is committed to protecting the environment, preventing pollution, and enhancing the environmental performance of the company. Rogerson Reddan is totally committed to the principles and practice of excellence and will conform to the requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) Standard. 

Through the implementation of an Environmental Management System, we will work to:  

  • Prevent pollution and protect the natural environment from harm and damage as a result of our activities. 

  • Determine our Company compliance requirements. 

  • Ensure all our activities are carried out in compliance with current environmental legal, regulatory, and other compliance requirements. 

  • Develop objectives, targets, and management programmes to help us improve our environmental performance and achieve a level of continual environmental improvement. 

  • Increase our resource efficiency. 

  • Improve our waste management practices. 

  • Monitor and check our environmental performance and evaluate our level of compliance including legal, regulatory, and other compliance requirements. 

  • Identify and correct environmental nonconformities with practical corrective and preventive actions. 

  • Work in consultation with our staff and customers to improve and enhance their level of environmental awareness as well as to initiate environmental improvement measures. 

  • Continue to improve the environmental management system so as to enhance our environmental performance. 

These policies are controlled and maintained as part of our Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
