Sustainability Consultant / Project Manager

As we continue to grow our Sustainability Team and to support recent exciting appointments, Rogerson Reddan is currently looking for enthusiastic and suitably focused Project Managers (PM) to join us.

These roles will require the individual to work closely with our Sustainability Team across a range of services from delivering energy upgrade, retrofit and new development projects to supporting and advising our Clients on not only opportunities but also obligations.   We are inviting candidates who are interested in working on real, sustainably delivered projects which will make a difference in reaching our local, national and global climate action goals.

Rogerson Reddan is an Irish-owned progressive consultancy firm providing cost management, project management and a range of specialist consultancy services from our offices in Dublin, Limerick and Kildare. At Rogerson Reddan, you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic team, led by an owner-director, and supported by associate directors and senior project managers. You’ll work on a variety of projects, experiencing all project stages from initial feasibility studies to handover. You will liaise with clients and be fully involved in all aspects of providing project management services

PMs at Rogerson Reddan may also be involved in a wide range of projects which will require co-ordinating and managing the typical tasks associated with significant construction projects from inception to successful conclusion ensuring:

• Client satisfaction with the process and with the completed project

• Budget, quality and programme targets are met or improved upon

• Compliance with all relevant legislation (incl Safety, Health & Welfare at Work legislation)

This a full-time permanent position.

The ideal candidate will have:

· A 3rd level qualification in Sustainable Development / Construction Management / Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Architecture

· Chartered status is desirable

· Min. 5 years project management and/or construction experience

· The ability to be a Team player with strong people management skills

· Excellent verbal, written and communication skills

· Excellent I.T. skills
